Trip over view:
You will do 2D/1N which is start from sembalun village 1,156m – sembalun crater rim II 2639m – summit 3726m – back down to sembalun village, trip done.
We recomed this solution tour package to our customer don’t have much time in lombok but didn’t want to leave without standing on the highest point of the island’s heart. Watch the sun rising up from summit Mt.Rinjani before you are heading to your next destination. This tour is suitable for average and experienced hikers as well as for beginner and children with a good fitness.
Description:
This trip start from sembalun bawak nao village (1, 100m) where this path is grassland area and spoil every trekker who walk trough do this area very while, beautifull panoramic also can be seen as far as eye can be but this path little bit hot, all trekker are required to wear protective hat and lotions. This path need to pass by 7 hours walking to get edge of sembalun crater rim II 2639m of course certainly require lot of stamina.
Second day will get up at 02:30am having small breakfast than after you will start climb up to mt.rinjani summit during 3 hours. once you have reached the top you will enjoying sunrise fell the inner satisfaction take as many pictures as you can in short just enjoy it -+ 1 hour at the summit. at 7am back down to sembalun crater/camp site where you will have breakfast takes arround 2 hours.
Another 6 hours back to sembalun village we are ready to drive you to our office in senaru to have shower, get ludgage at accomodation than direction to next destination on lombok.
This trip covered :
• Two days one night camping on mt.rinjani as well as one night at the hotel in senaru on arrival day before trekking begin ( 3 days in total ).
• You will be guided by our local english profesional guide as long as you trekking and our porter will carrying camping gear, foods, soft drink and mineral bottle of water.
• Could drink be served at our place once you arrived before and after trekking.
• Pick up and drop off activities on lombok island particularly by rinjanimission car.
• E ticket national park fee.
• Bonus excercise to traditional senaru village and waterfalls. Noted: C an be do it if customer my have arrive 2 hours in senaru hotel before sunset.

SUMMARY TREKKING ITINERARY
Day 0 “Meeting (On Arrival)”
• As arrival day in lombok wherever you arrive either at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport ( ZAMIA) or from 4 famous ports in Lombok such Bangsal, Teluk nare, Lembar, gilli mas and kayangan porth in east Lombok. From central tourism object in kuta Lombok, tete batu, senggigi, 3 Gilis ( meno, air, trawangan) you will be pick up by our car and take you to our office and accomodation in senaru, meet us your guide and Porter who will then give you a briefing and explain the hike procedure and prepare your trip.
• Visit sendang gile and tiu kelep waterfall can be do it on arrival day upon at the latest an hour before sunset down.
# General attention to all trekker participants please you have to come the day before trekking start and spend the night in senaru untill you feel fresh and not get delays.
Noted : coming and start trekking at same day litle bit risk about something you forget and ofcourse feel rush, however you could do it if don’t have much time in your travel list.
Day 01 Estimate Trekking Time 7 Hours + 2 Hours Lunch Break
Target : Senaru village (601m) – Sembalun village (1, 156m) – ( sembalun crater rim II (2639m)
• Wake up 06: 00am, get Breakfast 06:30am.
• 07:00 – 07:40 drop to sembalun village by our mountain car.
• 08:00 Check-in at Rinjani national park office.
• 08:30 Trekking begin.
• 12:00 Arrive at post 2 ( tangengean 1.500m) spend 2 hours inclusive cooking fresh meal, relaxing, lunch.
• 14:00pm ascend up to pos 3 ( pada balong 1.800m) and post 4 ( cemara siu) on 1 hour.
• 17:00 arrive at sembalun crater rim II, camp, dinner, overnight.
Description:
On the first day after an early breakfast 06:30am at your accomodation we will drive you 40-45 minutes aproch way to national geopark office in sembalun lawang, we will get there approximately at 08:00, Once you arrive you do second register such as showing your e- rinjani ticket that have been booked by us.
The journey start at open grassland of the sembalun valley (1,100m) and for a short time trough rain forest where you can see some macaques curious about the strangers passing their homeland, along will continues walk to post 1(monitoring place 1.300m) which take 1 and half hours. Take small break 5-10 minutes enjoying the view while having light cookies supply by your guide right after having small break than direct to pos 2(tangengean 1.500m) which take 45 minutes, taking lunch break for 2 hours in this post your guide and porters begin prepare to cooking you freshly meals and serve with fruit salad, variety kind of hot drink ( tea, lemon tea, gingger tea, coffee, hot chocolate, soft drink coc ).
After having lunch break you will continue ascend up to post 3 and 4(cemara siu) aproximately arrive this post at 15:00 afternoon, taking short break 5-10 minutes to recover energy will strengthen you for the next step.
As last trek on first day you will continue hike through the savana and the steep part up the Mt.Rinjani crater rim II(pelawangan sembalun 2639m) in 2 hours with wide view along the trails over the sembalun valley. You will reach the sembalun crater rim and spend first night, enjoy your well-deserved and freshly cooked dinner while watching sunset over Mt.Rinjani. prepare and strengthen your self for the upcoming and very Challenging hike to summit after short night.
Day 02 Last Day Trekking (Estimate Time 14 hours)
Target : Summit ( 3726m ) – Back to sembalun crater rim – Ending in sembalun village (1,156m)
• 02:00am wake up and have light breakfast from your porters.
• 02:15 start climb to summit in 3 hours.
• 05:30 reach the top ( sunrise begin 06:15 ) and + – an hour enjoying view.
• 07:00 – 09:00 back down to sembalun camp site (rim II) + 30 minutes rest and breakfast.
• 09:30 descend down to post 2 ( tangengean 1.500m).
• 12:30 arrive at post 2, spend for lunch and relaxing.
• 13:30pm continue down to sembalun village starting point.
• 15:00 arrive at starting point, we ready transfer you to our office and accomodation in senaru to have shower and enjoying cold fresh fruit, drink.
• 16:00 direct to your next destination on lombok ( tetebatu, kuta lombok, airport, mataram, senggigi, lembar, bangsal-gilli t, air, meno). Note: if your destination is the one of 3 gillis trawangan, meno, air. You will have 2 options most likely won’t be able to sail using a public boat they are closed untill 5 pm. The second option you have to take private fast boat due they all stand 24 hours.
Description:
Wake up at 02:00am and climb start 02:15 in the morning make sure you have prepared the equipment such as flashlights and etc. Your Porter supply hot drink, light breakfast for stamina.
After enjoying breakfast you will start climbing which is led by your guide where the time you will take to reach the top is 3 hours way. The route consists of 3 stages, 40 minutes climb first stage of hills with a slop of about 50°, the second stage of path is quite easy but long trek which takes 110 minutes while the last stage take 1 hour to reach the top with a slope of 65° when you take three steps forward you will slip one step back.
Once you have reached the top of Mt.Rinjani take your time to feel inner satisfaction while watching sunrise and see all of lombok island, segare anak lake, bali, sumbawa, take as many pictures as you can in short just enjoy it!
After enjoying the view you will back down to sembalun crater rim/camp site enjoy fresh breakfast to recover energy (the way back it take 2 hours).
09:30 back down to sembalun village, get lunch in post 2 ( tangengean 1,500m)
And after will continue down to sembalun starting point.
